I wish I could form articulate sentences about last night's finale. Right now, I'm still choking up every time I think about it.

I'm not ready to pick it apart yet. There's still too much to immerse myself in. Later, I'll be able to deconstruct it... Nate's reflection slipping out of Claire's rearview, as she pulls away and he doesn't keep up; Ruth's two dear Nathaniels waiting for her; Keith and David together, before God and all the world; Brenda stalling in the middle of nowhere before finding peace and moving in a new direction... all the cars slowing down and speeding up and stalling and crashing and whatever happens, sometimes you have to toss away the map, put the top down, and drive.
